Summer sports clinic set By Syril G. Repe
THE City of Dumaguete and the Province of Negros Oriental will hold once again the summer sports program that kicks off this month.
Joe Quirit, city sports officer, said the clinic will cover arnis, basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis and other sports for boys and girls aging 16 and under.
Quirit encouraged parents to enroll their children to the program.
Meanwhile, provincial sports coordinator Buddy Ravello said his office would hold Monday their "learn-to-swim" training at the Aqua Pool at the Capitol Area.
The program is open to those who want to learn swimming.
The registration is P600. The applicant must see the Provincial Sports Office at the Lamberto Macias Sports and Cultural Center for more information.
