A MILITANT leader laughs off the plan of North Cotabato Governor Emmanuel Piñol to sue groups dragging his name into the Sunday grenade attack on the Anakpawis office in Kidapawan City that injured two members.
Bagong Alyansang Makabayan (Bayan) Southern Mindanao Region secretary general Ariel Casilao was reacting to Piñol's statement that he will file libel charges against militant groups like Karapatan.
