Enduro San Mig race set
PREPARATIONS shift to high gear for the Enduro San Mig Light Adventures 2006 to unfold in Davao City for the first time on June 10.
Organizers said the June race will run between four to six hours within the Davao area.
The event features the novice category that will guarantee new and exhilarating challenges for the participants.
A cash prize of P15,000 and a trophy will be awarded to the champion while P10,000 will go to the runner-up.
The event will showcase the best and finest extreme athletes from the Davao Region and Mindanao.
Participants from Luzon and Visayas may also compete.
Three racers will comprise each team. A team may be consist of two males and one female or two females and one male. A racer must be at least 18 years old and doctor-certified to do strenuous activities.
The Davao leg is part of a series where a similar event will kick off in Cebu City on May 27. The Metro Manila leg is slated July 7 and 8. (MLSA)
