SIXTY-eight Moro rebels returned to the folds of the law Monday and gave up their firearms to authorities.
In a simple ceremony last June 5 at the headquarters of the Army's 602nd Brigade in Carmen, North Cotabato, Colonel Ruperto Pabustan presented to the public two different rebel groups who decided to give up fighting in the mountains.
