DAVAO City Councilor Leonardo Avila III is requesting the local finance committee to allocate P1 million as fund for the Office of the Senior Citizen's Affair (Osca) to be included in the proposed P363,618,914.89 Supplemental Budget (SB) 1 of 2006 as this office has not been given funds in the 2006 annual budget.
"We have been requesting for the funding since last year but even at the SB 1 it is not included," Avila said during the committee hearing of SB1 at the City Council session hall Friday.
