Philippine Amateur Swimming Association (Pasa) president Mark Joseph said the Arzaga clinic is a pre-requisite for coaches aspiring to be selected for the IOC-FINA certified swim coaches clinic set in Manila next year.

He said the fee is P7,850 inclusive of first-class lodging, meals, certificate, shirt and handouts.

"There will be limited number of partial scholarships available. The clinic is part of our plan to upgrade swimming professionals," he said.

Interested participants may e-mail Joseph at mark.pceas@gmail.com to receive application materials.

A discount awaits the first 30 coaches. (MLSA)
