Power firm not sure of filing raps v. against Coast Guard

THE Davao Light and Power Corporation (DLPC) is not yet certain if they will pursue charges against the Philippine Coast Guard for alleged power pilferage.

DLPC corporate communications officer Ross Luga said their legal department is still reviewing the merits of the case.
