PO3 Domingo Ranain, investigator of the Panabo City Police Office, said they are still conducting investigation to identify the suspect in the killing of one Oscar Moralde, 39, security guard of the Rosynbird Security Agency, resident of Barangay Mabunao in Panabo City.

A witness described the suspect as fair complexioned, with small build, and clad in a pair of maong pants and white t-shirt.

Moralde was waiting for a "habal-habal" (passenger motorcycle) at around 6 p.m. near the terminal by the old public market with a companion identified as Julieta Libestino when a gunman shot him from behind several times.

He died on the spot.

Four empty shells from a caliber .45 pistol and a deformed slug of the same caliber were recovered at the crime scene.

Moralde was later brought to the Villa Funeral Homes for autopsy. (JGRS)
