THE City Government of Davao has insisted on buying a 25-hectare property owned by the National Development Corporation (NDC) in Toril that used to house Davao Ramie Textile (Daratex) until the mid-1960s, Vice Mayor Luis C. Bonguyan said Thursday.
City legislators were informed that the property had already been awarded to the winning bidder.
