Lim is now detained at the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Southern Mindanao office at Camp Domingo Leonor.

Rosito Pantaleon, executed an affidavit claiming that he, together with other members of the civilian action auxiliary, were conducting inspection on all passengers of public utility buses in Barangay Ilang at around 2:30 p.m. on September 3, among which was a Davao Metro Shuttle bus from Tagum City where Lim was boarding.

The male passengers were asked to disembark while the volunteers inspected the bus.

Pantaleon said it was during the inspection when he saw an unattended paper bag.

Checking its content, he found two packs of dried marijuana leaves.

The paper bag belonged to Lim.

Lim was then endorsed to the PDEA for investigation.

The leaves found in the paper bag weighed 3.8 grams. (JGRS)
