A golf event to help Davao cancer victims

A GOFL event will be staged soon in Davao City to raise funds for cancer victims.

Lucho Singh, a benevolent businessman from Seattle, said he will come with the event later this year as a fund-raising golf fest.

"This (event) will help cancer victims," said Singh, himself a cancer patient. He was in Davao to grace the 12th anniversary of Balay Dangupan, a house for the abused children that he help put up fore than a decade ago.

Kids at the Balay Dangupan have been a beneficiary of Singh's generosity all these years. He sends them to school and takes care of their health by giving financial support to the center.
