Legal office preparing reply to farm closure restraining order

THE City Legal Office is still working on its reply to the temporary restraining order (TRO) issued by the court against the closure of Monte Maria Farms, City Legal Officer Melchor Quitain said Tuesday.

Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte earlier ordered the closure of Monte Maria Farms upon the recommendation of City Legal Office.

The closure came after the numerous complaints of foul order from residents near the poultry farm.

Duterte said last Sunday that they will abide by whatever the court decides. (BOT)
