Only at SM City
FOR SM City, five years of service in Davao means higher expectations, out-of-the-box plans, and more than the usual malling stuff.
As SM City Davao reaches its sixth year, there's nothing like sharing with our patrons the what's up, what's new, and what you can enjoy only here at SM.
This year, SM City's expansion materialized not through a new area development but, innovatively, through regular malling time extensions. For those who like night caps and late-night dinners, Yellow Cab is open till 11pm while Karl's Koffee 12mn everyday. The new Antonio's Grill and Bar will soon extend its dining hours till 2 a.m.
Not only that, with the Metro Davao Transport Terminal almost 24-hour operations, food kiosks at the van terminal are open early or closed later than 9 p.m. SM Jollibee has opened its doors for breakfast at 6 a.m. earlier than the 10am mall opening time.
Travelers can now easily fill their stomachs and have fast access to pasalubong and traveling needs, since the van terminal is also within the mall premises.
Malling hours will essentially become 8 a.m. to 2 a.m., as SM responds to the demands of leisure lovers, tourists and travelers, and resulting to an even wider range of shoppers and mallers.
With this continuing challenge, SM Department Store and the Department of Trade and Industry has continued its partnership for better customer service through the Consumer Welfare Desk. Complaints, and queries regarding SM and government services (ie Philhealth, SSS, BIR) are welcome at the desk located at the ground floor, South Gallery near PetCo.
Aside from this Welfare Desk, SM Info Booths and Customer Service Counters can also be found at the ground floor atrium and inside SM Department Store at the ground floor fronting the Record Bar.
SM has also evolved with new shops as the demands for more quality products and service continue to grow.
For apparels, Milk and Co. has recently launched its only shop in Mindanao at the 2nd floor West Gallery.
Florsheim, at the ground floor South Gallery stands tall in the forefront of quality shoe shops here in SM.
In the "in"-side too, SM's frontliner, SM Department Store has a new image model. Marc Nelson, today's icon in newest adventures and the newest extreme fun
challenges is now Charlene Gonzales' counterpart for men's line.
On the fun side, a new Storyland Mall Train has added to SM City's fun rides. Visit the ticket booth near the carousel ride for another memorable kiddie ride at the mall.
