Maa Kalagan trounces Islamic
MAA Kalagan trounced Islamic, 75-58, Tuesday for its second victory in the 2006 Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte-Ramadhan Cup at the Barangay 23-C covered court.
Islamic remained winless with 0-3 win-loss card.
In the other game, Tugaya tasted its first win by clobbering Ilang, 88-68 after suffering three setbacks. Ilang also stayed as cellar dwellers with three setbacks.
Games will resume on Thursday night at 9 p.m. featuring Alfatah against Ilang and Mal-gans against Maa Kalagan at 10 p.m.
The tournament is presented by Davao City Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte and organized by the Sports Development Division under sports coordinator Christopher "Bong" Go and sanctioned by the Basketball Association of the Phils.-XI headed by regional director Regino "Boy" Cua.
