THE commander of Task Force Davao, Colonel Eduardo del Rosario, will reportedly be promoted and transferred to the Philippine Army General Headquarters anytime soon.
But instead of rejoicing, militant leaders in the city are not happy with del Rosario's transfer saying he will just be doing the same "atrocities" wherever he may go.
