DAVAO City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte asked the Land Transportation Office (LTO) to furnish him a copy of bonafide insurance companies accredited by their agency.
The request came after myriad complaints from motorists who fall victim to fly-by-night insurance firms who do not pay them in times of accidents.
