Monday, November 27, 2006 Crown honors top sellers
CROWN Communities honored its top performers during a Halloween event, a night filled with spooky costumes worn by jovial group of realty brokers out for a night of fun.
Crown's "Hallow Scream Festival" and "3rd Quarter Top Sellers Awards Night" recognized the top Business Directors, Division Managers, and Property Executives in a spectacular All Hallow's Eve celebration in the evening of October 25, 2006, at the Piazalle Toscana in Puan, Davao City.
Toscana is Crown's latest master-planned, Italian-inspired development project in the city.
The property executive awardees are Vismenda Alderite of CPPI, Josephine Margallo of LSS Southbridge, Romeo Dumuk of Summit, Grace Carreon of TVG, and Vicenta Bravo of Everest. Top Division Managers are Marlo Fortes of Belleforte, Teresa Lozano of TVG, Rogelio Dumuk of Summit, Thelma Perez of LSS Southbridge,
Mercedita Balio of MBG, and Ma. Theresa Kanapi of Everest.
Not to be left behind are its Top Business Directors, namely Emma Concepcion Vergara of TVG Realty and Letecia Ablas of Everest. Doing the honors of awarding the top performers were Mike Regino, COO-Crown Vismin, and Architect Arthuro Secuya, Crown's Planning Department Head.
What made the affair extra special was that each realty group wore horror costumes based on famous horror-fantasy movie flicks like Aliens, Night of the Living Dead, The Mummy Returns, Ghost, Blairwitch Project, Interview with a Vampire, An American Werewolf, Encantadia, Mulawin, Marina/Atlantika, among others.
To provide a touch of the mystical and flight of the fancy, the Crown Communities Davao management and staff donned Greek-inspired costumes that made the whole affair more extraordinary.
Making the affair more exciting was the Special Awards given out for the Search for Ms. Gay Halloween and to those wearing the scariest getup and the most fantastic costume that kept up with the theme of the night.
All these, plus the sumptuous fare and parlor games lined up for everyone, made their celebration of All Hallow's Eve, otherwise known as Halloween, more remarkable and memorable not only for the awardees but for everyone as well.
