In her affidavit-complaint, Mich said she was sleeping at the house of her lola in Marilog at around 6 p.m. of November 5 when she was awaken by somebody who was kissing her lips and caressing her body.
She said she was able to get a glimpse of the man's face when she was able grab hold of the flashlight placed nearby and point this on the suspect's face. (RMH)
