Friday, December 08, 2006 3 stabbed in separate incidents
THREE victims of separate stabbing incidents landed at the Davao Medical Center Thursday.
The victims were identified as Rey Abadia, 28, a resident of Barpa, R. Castillo, Agdao; Arvy Jade Delima, 16, of Agdao Beach; and Benjie Datulaita, 23, a resident of Batulosa, Toril.
Abadia was stabbed at around 12:40 p.m. on Wednesday in Bankerohan.
Abadia just boarded his bicycle when an unidentified man approached him and stabbed him without provocation. He was hit on the right arm while the suspect immediately fled.
Meanwhile, Delima was stabbed by an unidentified suspect 12:30 a.m. in Ubalde, Agdao. The motive has yet to be established, but the victim's father said a dispute over a girl is behind the incident.
Datulaita on the other hand was stabbed in his jaw by a knife following a heated altercation with an unidentified suspect in Crossing Toril.
All the victims are presently undergoing medical treatment. (RCO)
