PHILIPPINE team mainstay March Mcqueen Aleonar clocked 15 minutes and 15.18 seconds to pocket the open elite title of the Pahalipay ni Mayor Rodrigo Duterte Circuit Race at the Shrine Hill, Matina Sunday.
Kenneth Guinoo timed 2:16.02 for the runner-up honors while Melchor Labaya finished the race in 2:16:28.03 to place third in the 14-kilometer, five-lap race.
