The DCWD board of directors, through Board Resolution 06-448 approved on December 8, 2006, the streamlining of collecting banks to enable management to easily administer and monitor DCWD bill collection payments.

The DCWD has innovated and improved its collection system, which is due for implementation this year.

The DCWD board and management expressed appreciation and gratitude for the services of the banks in the past years, as they have provided convenience and quality service to the paying public.

DCWD general manager Rodora N. Gamboa advises the concessionaires to pay water bills directly with the collection offices in Bajada, Matina, Toril, Victoria Plaza and in the remaining authorized collection banks: Philippine National Bank on Bonifacio St.; One Network Bank in San Pedro St., Mintal, Calinan, Toril and Panacan; Security Bank Corporation in Magsaysay St., Monteverde St. and Rizal St.; Philtrust Bank in Sta. Ana Avenue and C.M Recto St.; Philippine National Bank in Toril; Development Bank and Equitable PCI Bank in C.M Recto St.

For the convenience of the concessionaires in Talomo, Mintal and Calinan, monthly sub-collection is also scheduled in their respective barangay halls.

This is regularly announced in print and broadcast media.

For February, bill collection from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. will be held in Talomo on February 13, in Mintal and Calinan on February 14 and 15.
