Sentenced from twelve years and one day to fourteen years imprisonment were: Lucie Dolotina Canda alias Madie, deputy secretary and finance officer of the Front Committee; Jocelyn Campus alias Cecil, medical staff; and Victorino Segura alias Diesel, vice team leader of FC 14.

Judge Merlyn Canedo of the Regional Trial Court 11th Judicial Region Branch 29 in Bislig City sentenced the three rebels after pleading guilty to the rebellion charge.

The three rebels were captured by elements of the Army's 36th IB during the October 2006 offensives, at Sitio Greenfields, Barangay Sta. Juana in Tagbina, Surigao del Sur. (BOT)
