AdDU ladies crush DDC

THE Ateneo de Davao University cagebelles routed Davao Doctors College, 72-34, in the Davao City Private Schools Athletic Association Meet at the University of Mindanao Matina Gym Sunday.

The UM women's team overwhelmed Brokenshire College, 97-19, in the Basketball Association of the Philippines-sanctioned event.

In men's basketball, the Agro-Industrial Foundation College Sailors sank DDC, 97-58, while Brokenshire won via default over the Rizal Memorial Colleges Bulldogs.

The tournament will resume on Saturday and Sunday.

The formal opening of the DC Prisaa Meet is on Feb. 24, 2007, when slots to the regional finals are at stake.

The National Prisaa Finals is set on April 16 to 21, 2007, in Iloilo City. (MLSA)
