UNJUST vexation charges have been filed against a man accused of throwing a mug at children who were playing outside his house on Artiaga Street, Davao City just last month.

Charged was Roland Gallosa Gurang alias Balong, 34, after City Prosecutor Nanette Lemana found probable cause to hold him for court trial based on the complaint filed by Cathy, 11, and Joy, 12 (real name withheld for being minors).

In a joint affidavit, the complainants said that on the afternoon of February 3, they were playing with some of their neighbors outside the house of Gurang when the latter went out of the house and threw a mug at them in anger. No one was hit.

The children claimed Gurang even threatened them.

Lemana recommended bail of P2,000 for the respondent's temporary liberty.
