In class A, Jojo Sta. Maria, who placed third after the eliminations, climbed his way to the top by whipping No. 1 Otto Crudo in two games for the crown.
Boy Payca was third in the tournament organized by the Sunday Bowlers Club.
The class B title went to Gerry Esperat who bested Rene Dalayon and Kim Bentulan. Dalayon placed second while Bentulan took the third spot.
Organizers said the ladies Bowler of the Month was reset on April 1 citing the hectic schedule of the finalists who recently competed in the Mayor's Cup competition.
The winners received cash prizes as the champions also went home with trophies.
The weekly tournament resumes on Sunday where the class champions will vie for slots in the April monthly finals. (MLSA)
