"They are seriously getting ready for battle," Sarabia said.
He told members of the Davao Sportswriters Association (DSA) in their weekly forum at the Tower Inn that they are conditioning the athletes in whatever weather condition awaits them in Iloilo.
"Nahirapan talaga mga players natin sa tindi ng init sa Pangasinan last year kaya ipinaghahanda namin sila sa worst scenario. Binibilad din sila minsan sa araw pag nagti-training (Our players really had a hard time adjusting to the very hot weather in Pangasinan last year that's why we also let them train under the heat of the sun)," he said.
"We hope to win the championship after finishing second in the past editions," Sarabia said.
The delegation will leave on April 12 and come back on April 25 via passenger ship. (MLSA)
