Ayala inaugurates CDO sales office

AYALA LAND INCORPORATED (Ali), the premier real estate developer in the country, inaugurated its sales office in Lim Ket Kai Center last Friday, May 18.

Located in central commercial area of Cagayan de Oro, the office will serve as the center for sales and inquiries on Ayala Land's much-awaited residential development in the city.

Pinoy Votes: Sun.Star Election 2007 Coverage

This project is ALI's first venture in Mindanao.

The residential project, an Ayala Land Premier (ALP) development just minutes from Lim Ket Kai Mall, will straddle three highland towns and will give future residents an unparalleled view of both the city and the sea.

Envisioned to provide the ideal residential enclave, this master-planned community will allow families to enjoy the surrounding natural environs that will be complemented with quality features and amenities that will set the project apart from the other residential projects in this part of the country.

The new office, located at the 2nd level of the East Concourse, Lim Ket Kai Mall, reflects Ayala Land's commitment to and the great importance of its pioneering development in Mindanao.

This will also strengthen the company's thrust to extend its leadership in the real estate industry in Southern Philippines.

The blessing and inauguration was attended by the project partners, invited guests from the community, government and the local press.
