A SECURITY guard was charged for illegal drugs after he was caught in possession of two marijuana joints inside his house during a search ordered by Regional Trial Court Executive Judge Isaac Robillo.
Charged was Roegen M. Dacup, a resident of Golden Shower in Sto. Niño in Tugbok district, Davao City after City Prosecutor Jose Garcia Jr. found probable cause to hold him for court trial based on the affidavit of complaint by apprehending officer, police officer Ruel de Leon of the Tugbok police.
