Friday, June 22, 2007 Teener accuses Sino of sexual molestation
A 19-YEAR-old male accused a gay Chinese-Filipino national of sexually harassing him inside the suspect's rented room in Bolton Street, Davao City.
Jake (name withheld), resident of Padre Gomez street, Barangay 8-A, Davao City, appeared before the San Pedro police station at around 6 a.m. Thursday and filed a complaint against one alias Ching, 27, presently renting a room at a pension house along Bolton Street.
PO1 John Mark Castro, desk officer of the San Pedro police, said the incident occurred at around 11:30 p.m. of June 19.
Jake said he bought medicines from one of the drugstores when he met Ching who invited him to get some food. Ching reportedly told the victim that they will drop by his room to get his wallet.
Jake said he wanted to wait for Ching outside the room but the suspect reportedly urged him to go inside saying, "sulod diri kay lain taw-awon nga naa ra ka sa gawas (come in because it looks awkward if you wait outside)."
Inside the room, Ching allegedly undressed Jake and performed oral sex on him.
"Gipugos ko niya human giingnan nga tagaan ko niya'g kwarta P2,000 para pang-allowance kay nangita man pud ko'g trabaho (He forced me into having oral sex, saying he will give me P2,000 as my allowance because I am presently applying for a job)," the victim told the media.
Jake said the suspect pushed him towards a bench and forced him to have anal sex. He said he was embarrassed to scream for help. Despite his 5'7" height, the suspect has reportedly a bigger build.
Ching also did not give him the promised P2,000 and told him to come back. When he came back to collect the amount, the suspect gave more alibis like he has to have his dollars changed into pesos or that he is still asleep. When he did not get the promised amount, the victim decided to seek the help of the police. (RCO)
