Scooter race is back

THE Davao Scooter Club (DSC) Scooter Race 3rd Season fires off July 1, at the old Davao airport in Sasa.

Rey Sumagaysay, appearing in the regular Davao Sportswriters Association (DSA) Forum Thursday at the Tower inn, said they expected racers from around Davao and the neighboring areas to see action in the event which will run for three Sunday and end on July 15.

Sumagaysay said they have also invited participants from Tagum and Digos to join the race.

Eric Ramos of Team Edge Outdoor will be back to seek for more titles.

Ramos won two titles in the Scooter Race 1st Season that ended last June 10. Ramos topped the 70 cc Slightly Modified and the 50 cc Super Stock events in that race.

The Scooter Race 2nd Season is currently ongoing. (CRAM)
