REGISTRATION is now going on for the Davao City leg of the 2007 Shell National Youth Active Chess Championships set to get underway September 15 and 16 at the SM City Davao entertainment plaza.
This year's Shell circuit kicked off at the SM City Manila over the weekend.
Interested participants may get their registration forms at all Shellane showrooms and at selected Shell depots/installations, service stations and local offices.

The chess tournament features the 14 year-old and below kiddies (born not earlier than 1993) and 20-below juniors (born not earlier than 1987) divisions.
This year's circuit has eight legs culminating with the grand finals in October at the SM Mega Mall.
The Dagupan leg, which is slated July 21 and 22 at the CSI The City Mall, is the newest addition to the series of legs.
The second leg is on July 7-8 at the Brickstone Mall in Tuguegarao City.
SM City Batangas will host the Southern Luzon stage on August 4 and 5 before Iloilo and Cebu take their turns on August 18-19 and Sept. 1-2, respectively.
