ALEX "The Lion" Pagulayan has been dropped from the Philippine line-up playing in the 2007 Guinness 9-Ball Tour 5th leg in Shanghai, China.
The Billiards and Snooker Congress of the Philippines (BSCP) handed down the decision. BSCP picked Jeff de Luna to replace Pagulayan, a former world champion.
