AFTER a successful run last year, Marco Polo Davao is bringing Hong Kong back to Lotus Court and, this time, its here to last for good.
To add zest to the regular Lotus Court menu, the hotel sent Chinese chef Gilbert Ortega to Hong Kong for an intensive training and education on Hong Kong's best cuisines.
