Lumawag) THE re-proposed Shelter Code is ready for second reading after going through two committee hearings in the past two weeks. According to Councilor Arnolfo Ricardo Cabling, chair of the City Council committee on housing, rural and urban development and proponent of the Shelter Code, a committee report has already been submitted to the secretariat and the office of the floor leader for it to be included in the agenda for next week's session.
