JOJO Gonzaga clinched the class A title by hitting a total of 300 pinfalls in the SBC Bowler of the Week Tournament at the Fairlanes Bowling Center Sunday night.
Gonzaga prevailed over Alex Tan who made 241 pinfalls for the runner-up honors and Ping Efondo who place third with 222.
Joel Torres topped class B after amassing 249 after two games while Sunday Bowlers Club (SBC) president Emie Orteza rolled 227 pins for the second place. Nars Agustin came in close third with 223.
The class C title went to Victor Dumlao after he scored 216 over runner-up Robert Bahala's 204 and co-third placers Kevin Dumlao and Rain Lacuesta who each struck 202 pinfalls.
The champions received cash prizes and booked slots to the monthly finals.
Meanwhile, the SBC Kadayawan Mix Open Bowling Tournament will resume tonight at Fairlanes. (MLSA)
