By Joy Romares-Sevilla

THE Pre-Kadayawan Showcase Extravaganza was formally opened Monday afternoon, at the Activity Center of the NCCC Mall in Matina, Davao City.

Mae Gallardo, events organizer, told Sun.Star Davao that the event showcases different and individual products of the Davao-based companies from foods, delicacies, RTWs, and others.

"The event will run from August 6 to 10, definitely, this will be a chance for the companies to sell, showcase, and promote their products," Gallardo said.

Gallardo claimed this is the second time that the MGM Castle Events Organizer initiated the same event in partnership with the NCCC Mall.

"This activity is also organized in order to raise funds for our beneficiary, the Bantay Bata-Davao," Gallardo said.

Gallardo claimed there are a total of 30 booths upon the opening of the Pre-Kadayawan Showcase Extravaganza, but said three more companies will join the event.

Among the enterprises which have joined the event's opening are the Korean Foods, Crislene Craniro Enterprises, the Paperklone Prints, Sy Bee Tin/Jollie Pies, the Toylandia, My Travel Guide, Frechams Preserved Delicacies, Aracel's, Man-G Takoyaki, Little Tokyo, Abel Toys Collection, Zip n Buttons, and others.

Gallardo said they are hopeful that at the end of the event, companies will able to raise income, and promote and advertise their respective products.
