Ateneo Davao, Magallanes teams in Kadayawan football

IT IS all systems go for the Davao Football Association (DFA) Kadayawan Football Festival on August 25, 2007, at the Tionko field in Agro-Industrial Foundation College (AIFC) Compound.

DFA secretary Erwin Protacio said the event will be a 7-A-Side tournament for 10 years old and under (born in 1997), 12-under (born in 1995), elementary girls, high school girls, and ladies open categories.

Updates on the Kadayawan Festival 2007

Participating teams are the Ateneo de Davao University, EMAR Learning Center, South Point School, SOS Children's Village, Taytayan Foundation, Zonta Elementary School (ES), Magallanes ES, Kapitan Tomas Monteverde ES, Agro-College, Matina CES, Roxas ES, Holy Child School of Davao (Green Meadows, Jacinto & Buhangin), Montserrat Camp School (Tigatto, & Gulf View), South Point, Ma-a, Kibalang, Daniel R. Aguinaldo National High School, Seagull Football Club, and University of the Philippines Mindanao.

The bootfest is part of the annual Kadayawan Sports Festival presented by Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte through the Sports Development Division of the City Mayor's Office under city sports coordinator Christopher "Bong" Go.
