Pre-Kadayawan celebration at Villa de Mercedes

URAYA Land Development Inc. held its pre-Kadayawan open house for Villa de Mercedes project last August 11.

Over 200 guests were treated to an afternoon of festivities with dance performances by the Magallanes Dance Troupe.

Kids had a blast with the Happy Face Party House, who kept them busy with fun and games while their parents enjoyed a smorgasbord of native delicacies amid the serene and beautiful sceneries atop the hills of Toril, Davao City.

Featured during the open house was the 3D animated rendering of the clubhouse, which included a stunning presentation of the swimming pool, gym, coffee shop, playground and world-class function rooms and recreational facilities.

With the initial structures already under construction, the Villa de Mercedes clubhouse is slated to be opened end-of-year 2007 or early 2008.

Villa de Mercedes is the latest high-end resort subdivision development in Davao City featuring gently undulating terrain, beautiful natural landscapes and world-class facilities surrounded by the breathtaking panoramic views of the Davao Gulf, Samal Islands and Mt. Apo.

With Phase 1 already sold out and almost fully developed, Phase 2 has just been recently opened for sale and has sold over 40 percent of its inventory since its official offering last February 2007.
