ONE of the two city prosecutors temporarily assigned at the Regional Trial Court, which hears drug cases, will be replaced to concentrate on Witness Protection Program (WPP).
City Prosecutor Victor C. Sepulveda will be replaced by Prosecutor Retrina Fuentes after Sepulveda was asked to assist the WPP regional implementer, Raul B. Bendigo.
"Ipa assist ko sa regional implementer sa Witness Protection Program and gusto nila na mag concentrate ko so dili na ako ang mag handle sa drug cases sa branch 9," Sepulveda.
Meanwhile, reshuffling of branches handled by the city prosecutors will also be done.
City Prosecutor Serafica Justiniani Weis will be replaced by Prosecutor Nanette Lemana at the drug court following the transfer of Weis to Municipal Trial Court in Cities branch 2.
The reshuffling of assignments is established not in a fix date of the year and will also vary on the requests of the city prosecutor.
