CSB opens Tagum office next week

THRIFT bank City Savings Bank (CSB) will open its office in Tagum City, Davao del Norte on September 18. Located at the heart of Tagum City's commercial district at R&J Parc Building, Mabini Street, the office will first only offer lending services. There are plans to convert it into a full branch later on.

The bank currently has paid-up capital of over P195 million and total resources of over P3 billion. It also has one of the best operating efficiencies in the thrift banking industry, lowest non-performing loans, and highest capitalization levels.

An Aboitiz company, City Savings Bank has a total of over 270 employees serving over 58,000 borrowers and counts on the strong patronage of over 66,000 depositors.

The bank has enhanced its distinct home-style brand of customer service where clients are the first priority and customer service is embedded in the minds of its employees to serve a growing and diverse clientele.

Today, while living up to the tradition of being a bank for the masses, it has also improved and expanded its variety of loans and deposit products with very competitive rates to service all sectors of society.

One of the most stable thrift banks in the country, the bank continues to serve its communities by offering various kinds of loans, among them, salary loans for teachers, home mortgage, home improvement, as well as loans for small business.

With the opening of its Tagum office, CSB will now have a total of 17 branches and extension offices located all over the Visayas and Mindanao.

The bank will continue its expansion in areas where it can better serve its identified market niches and open more branches and extension offices.
