Valle, the 1998 Bangkok Asian Games gold medallist and SMB 9-Ball Tour Singapore leg winner, and Millares play the pair of Jech Jech Limen and Robert Dy in the semifinals.
Limen, who also hails from Davao, and Dy advanced to the semis after crushing Godofredo Ducanes and Ernesto Sarmiento, 9-1.
The Valle-Millares pair scored a 9-5 win over 2007 US Bar Table 9-ball champion and 8-ball champion Warren Kiamco and Rodrigo Geronimo in the quarterfinals.
The cuefest offers P140,000 to the champion pair and P80,000 to the runner-up.
The losing semi-finalist pairs will each receive P40,000 in the three-day Billiards Snooker Congress of the Philippines (BSCP)-sanctioned event.
Former Southeast Games medallist Victor Arpilleda and Fidel Punzalan arranged a semis clash with Carlo Biado and Mark Mendoza.
The Arpilleda-Punzalan tandem edged Davao City native Leonardo "Dodong Panacan" Didal and his partner Eric Rodriguez, 9-8, while Biado-Mendoza whipped Jess Dacoro, 9-4.
