DAVAO City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte expressed no surprise when informed about the court's decision to uphold the city ordinance banning aerial spraying here in the city.
In an interview during his arrival at the Davao International Airport Wednesday night, Duterte said he knew all along that their case against the Philippine Banana Growers and Exporters Association (PBGEA) will win.
