Datba players to compete in Cavite, Cebu

THE Davao Tenpin Bowlers Association (Datba) will compete in two tournaments set on October 5 to 7 in Imus, Cavite and Cebu City.

Datba president Billy Magdale said there will be six players who will see action in the Philippine Bowling Congress (PBC)-sanctioned invitational tournament in Imus.

"There will be 12 Datba players who will compete in the Cebu-Taiwan Friendship Game that falls on the same dates as that of the Imus tournament. We are yet to finalize who these Datba players are," Magdale told Sun.Star Davao Thursday.

Magdale added that Datba will also prepare eight of its bowlers for the Bacolod-Maskara Invitational on October 19 to 21.

Meanwhile, The Datba tenpin weekly and Lanemaster events will resume on Saturday. (MLSA)
