The Hooligans Football Club (FC) takes on Davao United over at Field 1 while Columbia FC tests the mettle of Brokenshire at Field 2 at 3 p.m.
The Davao U-19/Columbia, Medvil, Lumad Nuevo, Los Viajeros, San Pedro College, Garuda FC, Joy San FC and Fil-Chi FC are also seeing action in the tournament.
DFA secretary general Erwin Protacio said the teams will play a single round robin in the first round where the first six teams will form a bracket while the seventh to 12th teams will form another bracket in the second round.
The teams in each bracket will play on another single round robin format with the top teams to be declared as champions. (MLSA)
