THE Philippine Quality and Productivity Movement, Davao Chapter, in partnership with Dole-RTWPB-Davao Region, will conduct the 12th Mindanao Quality and Productivity Congress at Davao Waterfront Hotel on October 11-12.
The event, with the theme "Excellence Through Continuous Improvement", will showcase best practices in quality and productivity among small and medium enterprises, private corporations, as well as local government units.
Congress chair Ponciano M. Ligutom has announced his expectation of around 250 participants from all over Mindanao and other parts of the country, who aim to gain more insights and practical tools from leading Quality and Productivity advocates.
Speakers during the event include Feliciano Torres of Yazaki-Torres Manufacturing Inc.; Emmanuel Abellanosa of Transco; Antonio Meloto of Gawad Kalinga; Leonardo Alindajao of San Miguel Packaging; and Mayor Jesse Robredo of Naga City, among others.
