Sponsorship packages for Date 2007 bared By Joy Romares-Sevilla
THE Davao City Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc. (DCCCII) on Monday bared five sponsorship packages for the forthcoming Davao Trade Expo (Date) 2007 to be held at the NCCC Mall of Davao on October 25-28.
DCCCII encourages companies to be part of the exposition by being a cooperator, major sponsor, minor sponsor, benefactor, or even a patron.

Each company will be given recognition by displaying the company logo in all DCCCII collateral materials like flyers, folders and posters, regardless of the sponsorship package a company will choose.
To be a cooperator, a company needs to pay P300,000 which will entitle the company to avail two booths of the corporate showcase, two full-color inside divider ad in the souvenir directory, a 15-minute product presentation during the opening ceremony, a 15-minute product presentation daily during exhibit days, and others.
The major sponsor, on the other hand, needs to pay half of the cooperator's charge which is P150,000.
The major sponsor will avail one booth of the corporate showcase, one full-color inside divider ad in the souvenir directory, 10-minute product presentation during the opening ceremony, a 10-minute product presentation daily during exhibit days, and others.
Meanwhile, the company needs to pay P75,000, P35,000, and P15,000 if it wishes to be a minor sponsor, a benefactor, or a patron of the event, respectively.
DCCCII also entitles the minor sponsor to have a booth of the corporate showcase. The benefactor and the patron, on the other hand, will both have one half inside divider ad (black and white) in the souvenir directory.
Date 2007 will bring in key players of the business sector to invest in Davao City being the gateway to BIMP-Eaga.
DCCCII said they expect to draw in no less than 200 exhibitors this year and anticipate the participation of foreign chambers of commerce and foreign companies.
Last year, Date was participated by 123 foreign and local companies, which occupied 113 booths, tents, and spaces.
The event will feature indoor products and services, sampling events, and business matching activities.
