City Prosecutor Stella Esparagoza Camino recommended the filing of charges based on the affidavit filed by the witness, Normel Pastor Lapinig of Talontalon loop in Zamboanga City.

In his affidavit, he said Lapinig was with the victim at around 12:35 a.m. of October 12 from a drinking spree in San Vicente in Buhangin, Davao City.
