Chef To Go celebrates friendship

AN APPETIZING blend of sweet and touching story of friendship will be served Sunday on QTV's Chef To Go!

Post comments here on President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo's grant of pardon to former President Joseph Estrada.

Post your comments on the explosion at the Glorietta 2 mall in Makati City.

Nikka and Crissan are best friends since they were kids. Since seventh grade up to now that they both have their own families, their friendship has never withered.

Aside from spending occasions and traveling together, they also share similar interests and passion. Fact is they are partners in an upcoming clothing consignment business called "Offspring".

Through good and bad times, they have been supportive of each other.
A few years ago, Crissan had breast cancer but despite her critical condition, it was still she who organized Nikka's bridal shower.

In the previous years, Crissan would always give her surprise birthday parties and get-togethers. Nikka has been very grateful to have found a best friend in Crissan, and she wanted to make her feel how much she is appreciated.

Enter Chef Rob who will help Nikka in coming up with a surprise get-together for Crissan. And in celebration of their friendship, Nikka and Chef Rob will prepare delectable Japanese menus -- a hands-down favorite of Nikka and Crissan.

For starters, a hot and sizzling Japanese soup called Sukiyaki will kick-off the surprise gustatory line-up. It will be followed by Chef Rob's own version of Tempura for the main course. And since both girls have sweet tooth, dessert is something to watch out for -- the Crepe Samurai.

Special celebrity guest Regine Tolentino -- herself a mom and a businesswoman -- will be joining Nikka and Chef for the cocktails.

Regine will also showcase her kitchen prowess thru yummy Kamikaze cocktails.

Catch all these this Sunday night, 7 p.m., on QTV's Chef To Go.
