Ando shines in bowling at Fairlanes

TIM Ando emerged class A champion in the SBC Bowler of the Week Tournament at the Fairlanes Bowling Center Sunday night.

Ando hit a total of 262 pinfalls after two games to beat Mel Bojo and Jojo Gonzaga who finished second and third, respectively.

Bojo rolled 258 pins while Gonzaga garnered 237 pinfalls in the tournament organized by the Sunday Bowlers Club.

Boy Lapiz topped class B by hitting 275 pinfalls while Boy Aninon was second with 235 and Rene Dalayon came thrid with 232.

The class C title went to Kevin Dumlao who made 215 pinfalls followed by Nick Sumapig (214) and Rey Paloso (202).

The weekly tournament resumes on Sunday where slots to the monthly finals are up for grabs. (MLSA)
