THE Philippine lady booters will play against Vietnam today in the 24th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games women's football first round Group A match at the Municipality of Tumbon Mueangpug Stadium, Nakhonratchasima, Thailand.
The Filipinos came from a fresh 2-2 standoff with Laos Monday afternoon to also share one point each. Edna Agravante and Patrice Impelido scored the goals for the Philippines.
The Philippines needs to win against Vietnam to keep its hopes alive for a semi-finals berth. The semis matches are set on December 10.
Many-time national MVP Rachelle delos Reyes, who hails from Davao city, was among the core players that saw action for RPwhile fellow Dabawenya Merlo Albano was a substitute player.
